coupla random things:

1) In late august I made the switch from Verizon to Cingular - which everyone hears me moan (or may or may not hear me moan IF they are talking to me ON the damn phone) about quite often. I've spent the time since the switch learning the new save/delete buttons on voicemail.

I just got a free message txt message from cingular in which they inform me that next wednesday: they'll be switching to the keys I was used to BEFORE. *sigh* I really don't know what to do with this company.

2) I S2 (that's a heart, folks) Dakota Fanning. And Ellen. Today I got to see both cause Dakota was on Ellen's show. Love.

3) 1.5 weeks til Hallowe'en. Big party at our place that Saturday. I've no costume. I was up late (while Daniel was asleep) sewing last night, and up this morning sewing. On my costume? don't be silly - on costume pieces for Bearden's next show (Joseph & the technicolor dreamcoat). So when'm I sewing on my costume? what is my costume? NO idea. Right now I'm just trying to get these pieces done in time. WHich brings me to my next point..

4) Dear Daniel, I know I promised to clean off the counter and table, and haven't fully completed that task. And i know I took 10 minutes to watch Ellen & Dakota.. but I can't clean the kitchen/dining room because I have to finish these pieces so that I can have them done Sunday evening, and I work all day Sunday and need to drop them off after work, and if we're goin to Chattanooga, at the rate they're coming, I may be taking a sewing machine. I promise the house'll be presentable before Jack'o'Lantern!!

off to sew, then to take care of Josie, then to work.
